Arlington Heritage Group was established in 1986 to provide financial tools to families and agencies caring for individuals with special needs. Our irrevocable trusts form the foundation of our service; funds in these trusts do not count toward client assets for purposes of qualifying for government benefits. These trusts allow caregivers for the special needs individual to shelter assets for the future and pay for needs not covered by government benefits. Agencies and families use these trusts to develop financial plans for current or future expenses.  Our clients avoid unanticipated and frivolous "spend down." Both our Irrevocable Burial Trust and our Special Needs Pooled Trust give agencies a repository for client funds and are in compliance with state and federal laws.
